Blue Heights is located overlooking the gorgeous horseshoe bay of Hiriketiya. When you wake up, grab your surf board & stroll down to the rolling surf.

The villa is both a modern & minimalist property, comprising of two buildings. The buildings, along the same east-west line, perch on a manicured elevated garden lined with coconut palms. The pool is on a slightly lower level to the house.

The two buildings comprise of the main single-story providing one en suite bedroom, an indoor sitting room, a dining table on an open sided veranda that runs the length of the property as well as the kitchens & staff quarters.

The other building houses the three further en suite bedrooms (two on the ground floor & the master bedroom, with a private terrace, on the 1st floor).

Blue Heights comes with an excellent chef and house staff, plus a Dalmatian house pet.
